Important Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground unless otherwise indicated on your order. Ink cartridges and other smaller accessories may be shipped by USPS.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with UPS tracking # within 48 hours of your order. Since so many emails bounce back undeliverable please notify us if you do not receive shipping confirmation within 48 hours.

Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska Shipped 2 Day UPS.

Next or Second Day Shipping is as of date order leaves warehouse.

Important Shipping Information: We ship orders during normal business days (Monday-Friday), weekend shipment of orders is not available.

In order for us to ship your item on the same day, your order must be confirmed before 1pm Eastern Time. Orders received after 1pm will ship the very next business day.

Note: We do not ship to a PO Box or U.S. military post office box addresses such as APO and FPO.
